Great Product at Substantial Savings

These filters are virtually identical to the ones I got from my geothermal installer. Will be buying more of them in the future when my current supply runs out. Based on this product and price I highly recommend buying filters from All Filters.com.

Great customer service!

My filters I ordered came damaged. Looked like FedX placed something on the box. I called immediately. My filters were replaced and in the mail quickly. All I had to do was take a few pictures of the damage and email them.

REPEAT CUSTOMER - HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Their quality and service have led me to become a repeat customer.
Their filters are very well constructed and this is especially important with the 30x32x2 size since lesser quality products often get stuck in the filter slots of the HVAC units.
EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE: My most recent order was unfortunately left in the rain BY THE DELIVERY COMPANY. Almost immediately after providing AllFilters.com with an explanation and photos of the damaged filters, they sent me the tracking information on the replacement set (which arrived in less than a week).
COMMUNICATION: Whether on the phone or via email, all communication was clear, courteous, and expeditious.
Ordering air filters should be a relative no-brainer. But when a problem was introduced (through no fault of their own) , it was very gratifying to have them resolve it to my complete satisfaction.
