We experienced a weather freeze one night and the filter attached to my tankless water system froze and broke. I needed a replacement as quickly as possible. Being a in a remote rural location, we don’t have many options, so I looked online and placed an order. All Filters did not offer an overnight shipping option, so I called customer service and spoke with Henry, who explained the process and provided pricing options to get the item to me as quickly as possible. Henry’s my new hero! He was courteous, efficient and represented the business in a stellar fashion. Thank you for a very positive experience! I’ll be a repeat customer!

Great product

This product has saved our hot water heater. Prior to use of this filter the water heater was lasting one year. Now it has lasted 8.

Works as advertised

Installed a replacement tankless water heater. Recommended by manufacturer.
So far,works as advertised. Threads are somewhat difficult to match header.Careful not to cross thread these plastic threads.

Easy and Quick

I ordered several different filters for my home at All Filters. The price of the filters was competitive and often beat other sites. The boxes came in without any bruises. The only negative I have is that they did not let me know that my shipment would be in 3 separate boxes, even filters that were the same. When I got the tracking info, I was surprised when only one filter arrived. I called customer service who was very helpful and let me know the other boxes were on their way. Had I known the tracking was for only one box, I would have saved the time contacting the company. Overall, great service at a very busy time of year and products were as ordered. I would definitely order from this company again.
