The SpiroPure SP-RO400AQD 4-Stage Countertop Reverse Osmosis Water Filteration System with DI Filter includes sediment, carbon block, reverse osmosis, and color-changing mixed-bed deionization in one countertop RO system. This versatile, portable RO system can be set up on a countertop or mounted to the wall, for easy access to RO water, perfect for countertop and apartment RO purposes. The system requires minimal assembly with pre-installed quick-connect fittings and two faucet adapters to fit most standard faucets and hoses. Reverse osmosis with DI filtration provides practically purified water with little to no TDS (total dissolved solids) that makes a great choice for aquariums, CPAP Machines, humidifiers, spot-free cleaning (cars, windows, glass, etc), and more.
4-Stage Countertop RO Water Filter System
- Stage 1: a 25 micron sediment filter employs premium polypropylene media to reduce dirt, rust, and other sediment particles from your water to protect your RO system
- Stage 2: a coconut shell solid block carbon filter uses activated carbon media to reduce chlorine and other chemicals before they reach your RO membrane
- Stage 3: a thin-film composite RO membrane filters over 1,000 impurities and total dissolved solids (TDS) down to 0.0001 micron for high-flow water filtration
- Stage 4: a DI filter with mixed bed color-changing resin media for enhanced filtration of ions from water, including sodium, sulfate, copper, and more. The color changing resin changes from green to purple letting you know when it is time for a cartridge changeout.
