Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policies

Return Policy

Please refer to each product page for its specific return policy. If you do not find the policy on the product page, the following standard return policy applies:
  • All return items must be unused and in new, sellable condition.
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee to All Filters.
  • The customer will receive a full refund less the shipping fee (if applicable) within 3 business days after the return is received.
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be requested by emailing contact@allfilters.com within 30 days of delivery of the order. Please include your order number and full billing name in the email’s subject line. We will reply to your email within 24 business hours with return instructions and the shipping address.
Exchange Policy
  • We offer a quick and easy exchange process. All you need to do is place a new order for the item you would like to receive and return the unwanted item to us for a full refund.
  • You will receive free shipping with your new order of the correct items, so please mention the new items you would like to order when you contact us to request an exchange. We will either send you a link to a special checkout page over email or process the order with you over the phone.
  • Free shipping for new orders is available to continental U.S. customers only (unfortunately, PO Box addresses, military locations, and U.S. territory addresses will not receive free shipping).
  • All exchange items (items that will be returned) must meet the return policy guidelines above.
Order Cancellation Policy
  • All orders may be canceled with no additional fee prior to shipping.
  • Cancellations can be made by calling (800) 565-7415 or emailing contact@allfilters.com.
  • If your order has been shipped prior to the cancellation, please follow the Return Policy guidelines listed above.
Warranty
  • Each product available at All Filters comes with a manufacturer's warranty.
  • To find the warranty for a specific product, please refer to the individual product page. If you are unable to find the warranty information on the product page, please contact us. We will be happy to contact the manufacturer and obtain the warranty information for you.
Damaged Goods Policy
  • Should any merchandise arrive damaged, you must contact us by emailing contact@allfilters.com within the 3 days of delivery.
  • All damaged goods claims require a digital image of the product in the original shipping box (not just the product box).
Defective Products
  • If you believe you have received a defective product, please call us at (800) 565-7415.
  • Once one of our customer service representatives is able to confirm the defect, your defect will be taken care of by either All Filters or the manufacturer of the product.
  • Depending on the product and the defect, you will either receive a replacement part or we will exchange the defective product with a new product. We will be responsible for the shipping fee to return the product to us and the shipping fee for the replacement part or product.
