The RO water filter system provides a complete filtration experience for clearer, crisper water for drinking and ice cubes, cooking and food prep, humidifiers, aquariums, pets, steamers, baby forumla, and more. The remineralization media adds back lost beneficial minerals to improve overall taste and alkalinity of RO filtered water.
6-Stage RO Water Filter System
- Stage 1: reduces particulate matter like dirt, rust, and other sediment to protect your RO membrane and system.
- Stage 2: employs coconut shell GAC (granular activated carbon) to reduce chlorine, taste, odor, and cloudiness from water.
- Stage 3: is a solid carbon block cartridge using NSF certified coconut shell PAC (powder activated carbon) that further improves taste while also reducing unwanted contaminants such as chloramines and chemicals.
- Stage 4: offers a polyamide thin-film composite membrane that filters water down to 0.0001 micron in size at a 75 gpd flow rate for faster water production.
- Stage 5: utilizes remineralizing MineralPlus beads that replace minerals lost during the RO filtration process, enhancing the normally flat taste and improving the overall pH.
