- Once one of our customer service representatives is able to confirm the defect, your defect will be taken care of by either All Filters or the manufacturer of the product.
- Depending on the product and the defect, you will either receive a replacement part or we will exchange the defective product with a new product. We will be responsible for the shipping fee to return the product to us and the shipping fee for the replacement part or product.
