Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policies

These policies apply to products that are available on the All Filters LLC website ("Site").

Return Policy

  • All Filters LLC is not obligated to fulfill the terms of any manufacturer or other return policy included in the packaging of any product purchased through the Site. The following standard All Filters LLC return policy applies:
  • All returned items must be unused and in new, sellable condition.
  • You are responsible for all shipping and handling fees on returned items.
  • You bear the risk of loss during shipment. We therefore strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment against loss or damage and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
  • You will receive a full refund of the purchase price less the shipping fee (if applicable) within approximately 3 business days after the returned item is received; your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Site.
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be requested by submitting a ticket at the Contact Us page within 30 days of delivery of the ordered item. Select “Existing Orders – Returns & Refunds” from the dropdown menu. We will reply to your request within approximately 24 business hours with the return instructions and the shipping address.

Exchange Policy

  • We offer a quick and easy exchange process. All you need to do is place a new order for the item you would like to receive and return the unwanted item to us for a full refund.
  • You will receive free shipping with your new order of the correct items, so please mention the new items you would like to order when you contact us to request an exchange. We will either send you a link to a special checkout page over email or process the order with you over the phone.
  • Free shipping for new orders is available to continental U.S. customers only (unfortunately, PO Box addresses, military locations, and U.S. territory addresses will not receive free shipping).
  • All exchange items (items that will be returned) must meet the return policy guidelines above.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • All orders may be canceled with no additional fee prior to shipping.
  • Cancellation requests can be made by submitting a ticket at the Contact Us page. Select “Existing Orders - Order Cancellation” from the dropdown menu.
  • If your order has been shipped prior to our receipt of your cancellation request, you may be able to return the ordered item if allowed by the Return Policy guidelines listed above.

SpiroPure Guarantee

  • The SpiroPure guarantee applies to products that have this guarantee listed on the product page. The guarantee does not automatically apply to all SpiroPure products. For example, SpiroPure HVAC air filters are excluded from the guarantee because they are a made to order item.
  • If the SpiroPure guarantee is offered on the product page, we pay for the return shipping and the customer is entitled to a full refund within 30 days of delivery, even if the product is used and in an unsellable condition.
  • The guarantee is available once per customer lifetime only. If a customer needs to return a SpiroPure item for the second time, our standard return policy will apply.
This policy applies to the purchase and sale of products through (the "Site"). This policy is subject to change by All Filters LLC without prior written notice at any time, in its sole discretion. The latest version of this policy will be posted on this Site, and you should review this policy prior to purchasing any product that is available through the Site. All changes are effective immediately when we post them, and apply to all access to and use of the Site thereafter. The date this policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. Your continued use of this Site after a posted change in this policy will constitute your acceptance of and agreement to such changes.
