Perfect fit filters

Great filters that are the perfect OEM replacement that fit my Carrier home a/c perfectly. However, my previous purchase price was cheaper and I had to pay for shipping then. This time the price was a bit higher and had shipping included. But even with the shipping included, the product price was a bit higher than before. But bottom line, the pricing was better than the Carrier OEM price.

Wrong Ordered Filter Righted

Spoke on the phone with Marcee concerning my ordering a wrong sized width filter (This 5 inch width as I wanted a 4 inch width). I asked if the order could be changed to one I meant to order. Marcee was so helpful as well as so kind as while we were on the phone checking my correct filter measurements to verify the correct filter in stock there she was trying to raise the ware house to halt my order, but could not get through. When we hung up she was going to continue to try and intercept my order and correct my filter order to the one I really wanted ?? She wrote me square away to keep me informed of her progress. AND GUESS WHAT??? Due to her due diligence she had my wrong order righted with the filter i wanted and needed. These action both by Marcee the the warehouse crew who changed my order has made me a loyal customer. Sheridan Keber
