The genuine OEM GE WR17X33825 refrigerator bypass plug filter cartridge. WR17X33825 is used in select GE refrigerators. GE also manufactures refrigerators by Hotpoint and Kenmore. Use this bypass filter in place of the water filter if you wish to skip using the filter system, such as in the case that you have a whole house water system making the refrigerator filter unnecessary.

Perfect Bypass

Needed a bypass since we added a reverse osmosis system to our sink and refrigerator line. No longer need to pay $50+ for a filter every 4 months! Change was easy. GE fridge shows BP for Bypass.

Perfect manufacturer sealed part.

Came in on time, sealed in the MFG original factory sealed part bag, let me eliminate the fridge filter and just run the iSpring 3 stage in the basement, much more cost effective and higher flow than the fridge specific models. Would buy again without hesitation.

Works great

Easy to install in my GE Cafe refrigerator and now allows adequate flow from my RO filtration system to the ice maker and water dispenser without the impedance of the in-door filter.

Good Product

Shipping was expedient. Item fit perfect and works as advertised, no more buying $50 dollar filters that last only six months! I suggest if you need a filter replacement to use All Filters, they'll have what you need.
