Got tired of paying for the over priced filters. This bypass filter works flawlessly with fridges that require the rfid chip.

Perfect Bypass

Needed a bypass since we added a reverse osmosis system to our sink and refrigerator line. No longer need to pay $50+ for a filter every 4 months! Change was easy. GE fridge shows BP for Bypass.

Good Product

Shipping was expedient.
Item fit perfect and works as advertised, no more buying $50 dollar filters that last only six months!
I suggest if you need a filter replacement to use All Filters, they'll have what you need.

Easy to install in my GE Cafe refrigerator and now allows adequate flow from my RO filtration system to the ice maker and water dispenser without the impedance of the in-door filter.

Came in on time, sealed in the MFG original factory sealed part bag, let me eliminate the fridge filter and just run the iSpring 3 stage in the basement, much more cost effective and higher flow than the fridge specific models. Would buy again without hesitation.

I had a house RO system put in over a year ago. Was told by plumber that I then needed to replace the filter in my fridge water dispenser with a bypass plug. Tried to get a free one from the manufacturer (GE) but they never sent it. Meanwhile, the water dispensed so slowly because I had to keep the filter in place in order for the dispenser to work. Tried buying one from Amazon but not understanding that I needed a plug with a RFID sticker, ordered the wrong one. Once I realized that, I determined which one I needed and ordered it directly from All Filters. No more messing around with Amazon! Glad I did too! Now my water dispenses quickly and fully into my cup!
