Easy and inexpensive

Every 6 months I get the email reminder to order. These filters are half the regular cost and work great. The water coming from the filter tastes so much better than water from the tap. Highly recommend.

Product ok Shipping high

Great service

I recently placed an order with AllFilters.com and made an error in selecting the correct water filter for my make and model of refrigerator. Once I received the filter and realized my mistake, I wrote to All Filters requesting return/ refund information while also placing a new order for the correct type of filter. AllFilters wrote back saying that they had already refunded me for the filter, less the cost of S&H, but they would not require me to send back the incorrect filter per their one-time policy for buyer error. The shipment arrived quickly after ordering through DHL, within a few days. Quick, responsive, and user friendly customer service.
