The P-250A / 155832-44 Filter Replacement Cartridge Set has been discontinued. You can replace it with the quality compatible filters by SpiroPure SP-CBR2-10 0.5 micron carbon block and the SP-GAC-10R 20 micron granular activated carbon filter. Both filters are direct compatible replacements for the Pentek set for your US-1000 system.
