4. Open the exact product page and verify listed compatibility, filter type and product-specific specifications before purchase.
5. Choose OEM or compatible using verified product information; do not assume two filters have identical certifications or contaminant performance simply because they fit the same application.

A genuine OEM LG filter is manufactured for LG under the LG product identity. A compatible replacement, such as a SpiroPure option, is a separate product designed for specified compatible applications.
